Due to a change in district
policy this past week, the band directors will not longer be able to
accept or handle any LHS Band Boosters, Inc. monies. This
includes monthly band fee payments, cookie dough money, pie sales
money, Play-A-Thon money or Dinner Theater ticket sales. With this
policy in mind, a lock box has been installed in Dr. Courtney’s office
to accept all monies. All payments of any kind will be placed in the
lock box and will be collected by a LHS Band Boosters, Inc. Board
Member.
All payments MUST be made by
check, money order or cashier’s check. Please make sure your student’s
name is marked on your payment so that your account will be correctly
accredited.
Envelopes printed with a space
for your student’s name will be available at the lock box sometime
next week. In the meantime, please place your payment in an envelope
for placement in the lock box.
Again, please remember DO NOT
PLACE CASH IN THE LOCK BOX!
